CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY:

At Brady's Classic Barbershop, I value your time - and mine. Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations result in a loss of income for myself and prevent other customers from being able to book those time slots. In order to provide the best service to all of my customers and keep my schedule running smoothly, I have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy. 

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a $25 fee.
• Card on File Requirement: A credit or debit card is required to book your appointment. The card is protected and encrypted by Square and will ONLY be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
• No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee: A $25 flat fee per scheduled service will be charged if you; Fail to cancel 12 hours in advance of your appointment, Do not confirm your appointment and/or Do not show up for your scheduled appointment.
• Late Arrivals: Arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment time will be classified as a no-show, the appointment will be canceled and the $25 flat fee will apply.
• Recurring Appointments: If you fail to confirm a recurring appointment, all future recurring appointments will be canceled. If you are a no-show to a recurring appointment, all future recurring appointments will be canceled and the $25 flat fee will be charged to the card on file.
• Important Reminder: Not confirming appointments IS NOT a cancellation. The customer must cancel the appointment with the link received at time of booking, with the confirmation link sent 24-hours prior to the appointment or by contacting me directly. By not canceling the appointment, the customer will be listed as a no-show and the credit or debit card on file will be charged a $25 flat fee.
